10월 초 서울에서 11월 말 분당까지, 두 달 사이의 주말들. 가운데에는 10월 25일 토요일 오후, 용인 호암미술관 앞 호수가 있다.Weekends across two months, from Seoul in early October to Bundang at the end of November. At the centre: a Saturday afternoon, 25 October, by the lake in front of the Ho-Am Art Museum in Yongin.
DDP의 흰 장미, 저녁의 강White roses at DDP, the river at night
10월 첫 일요일 오후, 동대문디자인플라자(DDP). 잔디 언덕을 흰 장미 조형물이 채우고 있었다. 지하철 2·4·5호선 동대문역사문화공원역과 바로 이어지는 곳이다.
The first Sunday afternoon of October, at Dongdaemun Design Plaza (DDP). White rose sculptures filled the grass slope. The plaza connects directly to Dongdaemun History & Culture Park station on subway lines 2, 4 and 5.
저녁에는 잠원 한강공원. 낮의 볕이 걷히자 강바람이 먼저 계절을 알려 왔다.
In the evening, Jamwon Hangang Park. Once the daylight went, the wind off the river told us the season first.
호암미술관, 호수를 따라Ho-Am, along the lake
용인시 처인구 포곡읍, 에버랜드 옆 호암미술관. 미술관 앞으로 호수가 넓게 펼쳐지고, 둘레 길이 물가를 따라 이어진다.
The Ho-Am Art Museum sits next to Everland in Pogok-eup, Yongin. A wide lake opens in front of the museum, with a path along the water’s edge.
네 시 반을 넘기자 해가 산 쪽으로 낮아졌다. 10월 끝의 호암은 나무 위보다 발밑이 더 붉었다.
After half past four the sun dropped towards the hills. At the end of October, Ho-Am was redder underfoot than in the trees.
송도, 해 질 무렵Songdo, at dusk
11월 첫 토요일. 낮은 인천에서 보내고, 저녁 무렵 송도의 카페에 닿았다.
The first Saturday of November. We spent the day in Incheon and reached a café in Songdo towards evening.
해가 일찍 지기 시작하는 계절. 다섯 시 반, 창밖은 벌써 저물고 있었다.
The season when the days begin to close early. At half past five, it was already getting dark outside.
분당, 보도 위의 단풍Bundang, maples on the pavement
11월 마지막 금요일 점심, 분당. 나무에서 내려온 단풍잎이 보도블록 위에서 가을의 마지막 색이 되었다.
Lunchtime on the last Friday of November, in Bundang. Maple leaves, down from the trees, became the last colour of autumn on the paving stones.
두 달 사이, 가을은 호숫가에서 보도블록 위로 내려왔다.
In two months, autumn came down from the lakeside to the pavement.
